1. Multiple copies being launched on windows 10 non-domain PC's.
2. Improved Drive Naming: Sometimes the pervious version wouldn't update the drive labels on windows 10 PC's.
3. Fixed Multiple "object not set to an instance of an object" error messages in the Magellan Desktop log.

1. Launching and Auto-Launch Magellan now goes to the delay page for 1second to give the browser extension time to grab the cookie for Magellan.
2. Version number changed from "2" to the year of release.
